Do I need to be a member to place an order?

You do not need to register to place an order. You can order without being a member. However, we recommend that you register.

I placed my order, what should I do now?

Once we receive your order and payment, it will be shipped within 3 business days. Our contracted shipping company is DHL Cargo.

How much do I need to pay the shipping company for my order?

The shipping fee for orders to anywhere in Türkiye is 200 TL.

What are your shipping areas?

We ship orders to every corner of Türkiye. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

How can I return the product I purchased?

You can return the item to us via DHL Cargo with the shipping cost paid by the recipient. The box and products must arrive undamaged in the same condition as when they were delivered; otherwise, the return process cannot be completed. You must write your order number and your full name on the box. After handing your order over to the shipping company, you must log in to your account and create a support request. The return period is 14 days.
